1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable once received. Deposits secure your scheduled service and cover administrative and material preparation costs.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date will not incur additional charges, but the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start date may be subject to additional charges, including:
Restocking fees (for materials ordered)
Labor costs incurred
Travel or mobilization fees
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule services with at least 72 hours’ notice. One courtesy reschedule is allowed per project. Additional changes may result in a scheduling fee.
4. Work Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the completed work:
- Please notify Assign Home Solutions LLC within 3 business days of project completion.
- We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns through repairs or corrections.
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our sole discretion, based on the issue and circumstances.
5. Cancellation by Contractor
Assign Home Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe work conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Deposits will be refunded in full only if work has not yet commenced.
- If partial work has been performed, a prorated refund may be issued based on labor and materials used.
